Meet Your Optometrist

Meet Mohammed

Whether he’s in the testing room or talking shop over football scores, Mohammed’s been changing lives one eye test at a time for 15 years. Why optometry? Because nothing beats the feeling of helping someone see the world more clearly — and knowing you’ve made a real difference.

One moment he’ll never forget? A patient came in with headaches — nothing unusual. But Mohammed spotted something more serious: optic disc swelling (papilloedema). His quick action led to a hospital referral that literally saved her life. It’s moments like that that remind him why he does what he does.

He has a clinical passion for Myopia Management and stays sharp by keeping up with the latest in preventative eye care.

As a Director and Partner within the Eye Emporium Group, Mohammed thrives on collaborating with a motivated team full of big ideas and fresh energy.

He speaks Arabic and English, and when he’s not in clinic, you’ll probably find him talking cars or chasing a football — or both.

Mohammed's top tip for eye health: "Use the 20/20/20 rule — every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Your eyes will love you for it"!

Not everyone feels like going to the optometrist, putting off that eye test time and again. We get that. At Braham we know things can be done better. We pride ourselves on our transparency, our customer service and our friendly teams who will make you feel right at home.
