Big changes are happening this Easter at the John High Faversham branch. We are closing the store temporarily for a new and exciting refurbishment.
The store will be closed from 4:00pm on Saturday 4th April 2015 and will re-open at 9:00am on Tuesday 21st April 2015. Patient appointments will commence on Wednesday 22nd April 2015.
So, what’s changing at the Faversham branch?
From time to time, people need a new pair of frames or contact lenses to help improve their sight and refresh their look and our store is exactly the same! John High has been at the heart of the Faversham community since 1964 and we believe it’s very important to give the store some TLC and update its look and facilities.
Your new branch will feature:
- An inviting shop front
- Updated practice rooms
- A brand-new reception and waiting area
- A larger display area to browse a wider range of frames to choose from
- New chic fashion ranges from boutique designers including Mykita, Face à Face and Orgreen Optics
The revamp will allow us to provide patients with the very best eye care and the highest standard of service, all experienced in a comfortable and contemporary environment.
If you have any queries during the store’s closure
If you’re a patient at the Faversham store and have any enquiries whilst the store is closed, please call the Sittingbourne branch on 01795 472525. Please also note that all calls to the Faversham store will automatically be redirected to the Sittingbourne team, who will be happy to help.
If you are expecting frames or contact lenses, these can be collected from the Sittingbourne branch of John High, which can be found at 73 High Street, Sittingbourne, ME10 4AW.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience during this time and look forward to seeing you very soon in our brand new Faversham store.
